This report presents a range of indicators to measure improvements in health status and to understand factors associated with health outcomes in Hayward. The pupose of this report is to share information with the community that can be used to promote the health of Hayward residents. It includes a demographic and social profile of Hayward, and health indicators on death from all causes; chronic disease; maternal, child, and adolescent health; injury; and communicable diseases.
