Are you depressed or need to see a counselor?

It is common for mothers to feel down in the first few weeks after the birth of the new baby. If your sadness is severe or lasts for a long time, you may have postpartum depression. Talk to your prenatal care provider or your baby’s pediatrician. You can also contact a mental health provider.
