CNAP: Alameda County Nutrition Action Partnership

CNAP’s goal is to promote optimal health for eligible Alameda County residents so that local nutritious food and physical activity opportunities are readily available and easy to access. CNAP usually convenes the 4th Tuesday of the month from 1-3:00pm at the Alameda County Community Food Bank. Contact Annette Laverty at for bi-laws and more information.
