FRN is a parent-directed community-based organization that benefits children with disabilities or special health care needs and their families.

Regional Center of the East Bay (RCEB)

The Regional Center of the East Bay (RCEB) is a private, non-profit corporation under contract with the California Department of Developmental Services. They work in partnership with many individuals and agencies to plan and coordinate services and supports for people with developmental disabilities. A community-based Board of Directors that includes individuals with developmental disabilities, family members, and community leaders, provides guidance and leadership.

California Children's Services (CCS)

California Children's Services (CCS) is a state program for children with certain diseases or health problems. Through this program, children and young adults under 21 years old can get the health care and services they need. CCS will connect you with doctors and trained health care people who know how to care for your child with special health care needs.

Every Child Counts (First 5 Alameda County)

With money from California's Proposition 10 tobacco tax, we pay for Every Child Counts, an organization that supports health, development and well-being of our youngest children through their first five years.

Bay Area Outreach and Recreation Program

Bay Area Outreach and Recreation Program (BORP) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization working to improve the health, independence and social integration of people with physical disabilities through sports, fitness and recreation programs.
